The spa area was enjoyable, but the room needed a refresh.

Totally recommend for a fleeting moment

Comfortable room, helpful staff, the hotel boasts great facilities including an indoor swimming pool and a gym, which I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay. the location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station making it easy to explore the area.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was spacious and very clean. The pool area was a great place to relax. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. I appreciated the easy access to public transportation.

The hotel had a lovely warm atmosphere and was exceptionally clean, with spacious common areas and accessible facilities. I especially enjoyed the easy access to the pool and spa areas, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

More variety in senior-friendly breakfast options needed.

I had a fantastic two-night stay, with highlights including a beautifully presented breakfast featuring a variety of delicious options. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a peaceful atmosphere that allowed for a good night's sleep. Although the bar's closing time was a bit early, making it hard to continue socializing, overall, my experience was very enjoyable.

Rooms clean, comfortable, great access to the tennis court. Breakfast lacked variety, and the hot water was inconsistent.

I loved the cozy Standard Double Room with a massive bed that felt like a cloud! Waking up to a delicious breakfast buffet with made-to-order options was such a treat. Plus, the direct bus access right outside made it super easy to explore all the amazing sights!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We checked out the great shopping and vibrant culture, then spent a fun day at Portobello Beach, building sandcastles and enjoying the sun. The bus stop is super convenient for getting into town, and staff were friendly. Make sure to try the bistro for meals. it was a hit with everyone!

The shower pressure could have been better, which was a small letdown during our stay. But overall, it didn't take away from the fun we had.

We loved the spacious family room, perfect for our stay with three young kids. The hotel's location near Portobello Beach was a highlight. we had a fantastic time building sandcastles and enjoying the sunny beach vibes. The staff was genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great if the pool was a bit warmer.

I loved my stay! The leisure facilities were great, especially the indoor pool and spa that made relaxation a breeze. Plus, the proximity to the beautiful beach meant good sunset strolls right after indulging in that very nice breakfast!
